Not sure what these reviews are referring to but I had a great experience regarding my purchase of a 2022 Wrangler as well as servicing. There was an issue I ran into when it came to finding service however I was easily transported to the right building and attended to. Will be coming back!
Update: my concerns were resolved in a timely manner. Nick, Rebecca, and Justin did not hesitate to go above and beyond for me. I’m extremely impressed with how quickly they pulled together as a team to make things right. I wanted you to know how grateful I am for the excellent and attentive service from Jake. My salesman from 2 years ago is no longer with the dealership and Jake will be my guy from now on. Having been a serial lease guy for many years, I have dealt with dozens of salespeople at Sewell, BMW of Dallas, Audi Dallas and have to say Jake is the most attentive and responsive- by far. His customer service and follow-up are second to none.
